SHIPPING

At Bija Bijoux we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. We ship our jewellery within 2 days of receiving your order and we ship all across Canada. Once your order is mailed out we will email you a notification that your items have shipped.

Canadian Orders:
All Canadian orders placed with Bija Bijoux are processed, packed and shipped within Canada. We use Canada Post to mail all of our jewellery packages. We will ship your jewellery to you in a padded envelope, to protect the items within. The orders are shipped through Canada Post in an oversized envelope.

Outside Canada:

Currently we are not shipping outside of Canada but please feel free to contact us and we can make arrangements & provide you with a shipping cost.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Bija Bijoux Return & Exchange Policy
We’ll gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your purchase for an exchange or refund, provided that it has not been worn or altered. A return authorization will be required before we can accept returned items so please reach out to us before shipping items back to us.

Please write the Return Authorization # on the outside of your return package as well as inside the package, together with your contact information. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Bija Bijoux is not responsible for items lost during transit. Any returns should be shipped back in a bubble envelope to protect the jewellery.
