Shipping Policy

At Bija Bijoux we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Once your order is processed we will email you a notification that your items have shipped and provide you with the tracking information.

Canadian Orders:

All Canadian orders placed with Bija Bijoux are processed, packed and shipped within Canada 🇨🇦. All packages are shipped using Canada Post, express post delivery (typically 2-3 business days). A flat rate of $20.00 is charged to ship orders.

If you would like to have your order shipped without a tracking number, please contact us. This method saves money but we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Outside Canada:
Currently we do not ship outside of Canada, but please feel free to reach out to us and we can see what the shipping options are at that time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Bija Bijoux Return & Exchange Policy
We’ll gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your purchase for an exchange or refund, provided that it has not been worn or altered.  A return authorization will be required before we can accept returned items.  Please write the Return Authorization # on the outside of your return package as well as inside the package, together with your contact information.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Gifts may be exchanged for items of equal or greater value with a receipt.  Bija Bijoux is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
