Shipping within Canada

At Bija Bijoux we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Once your order is processed we will email you a notification that your items have shipped.

Canadian Orders:

All Canadian orders placed with Bija Bijoux are processed, packed and shipped within Canada 🇨🇦. All packages are shipped with Canada Post. A flat rate of $5.00 is charged to ship all orders unless otherwise requested. Your jewellery will be shipped in a padded bubble envelope to protect the jewellery inside.

If you would like to have your order in a gift box, we will ship the package as a small parcel and use expedited service with Canada Post. This shipping service starts at $20 and includes tracking and insurance. We will inform you of the exact price and let you know prior to finalizing your transaction. Please contact us if you would prefer this method of shipping.

Outside Canada:

Currently we do not ship outside of Canada, but please feel free to reach out to us and we can see what the shipping options are at that time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Bija Bijoux Return & Exchange Policy

We’ll gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your purchase for an exchange or refund, provided that it has not been worn or altered.  A return authorization will be required before we can accept returned items.  Please write the Return Authorization # on the outside of your return package as well as inside the package, together with your contact information.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Gifts may be exchanged for items of equal or greater value with proof of purchase.  Bija Bijoux is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
